It was a beautiful day!

We had the opportunity to photograph the most lovely couple on their wedding day.  The weather was perfect, the bride was gorgeous, the groom was handsome, and everything went perfectly!  Tricia & Andy, thank you so much for allowing us to photograph your day.  We wish you a lifetime of love, and happiness.

First Communion Weekend!

We had a wonderful weekend full of First Communions.  Our dear friend's daughter made her First Communion on Saturday, then Angela's niece Riley, and my daughter, Taylor, both made their First Communions on Sunday.  The girls were all beautiful, and the rain stayed away.  We had so much fun at our house, with all of our family and our AWESOME friends, good food, and alot of laughter.  I am so proud of my Taylor Bug, and for the life of me, I cannot figure out how it is that she is already old enough to have received her First Communion. 

What a great day & a great cause!

We have been blessed to meet some of the most awesome people by being involved with the St. Baldrick's Foundation (http://www.stbaldricks.org/).  So, when we were asked by one of the "Baldrick Families" if we would come and volunteer our time to photograph another charity event, how could we say no.  We were so honored that they contacted us and invited us to be a part of the 3rd Annual Mackenzie Woelbling Golf Charity Tournament, at Whitmoor Country Club.  We have known Mackenzie for 2 years now.  She is a very strong, brave 8 year old, who is currently battling cancer.  Her family started hosting the annual golf tournament to raise money for the Make a Wish Foundation (http://www.wish.org/), and for college scholarships for kids with cancer.  Although there was a constant threat of rain throughout the day, not a drop fell, and a great time was had by all. 

Angela and I pray for healing for all of the special children we have met over the years, and will continue to support these wonderful organizations whose goal it is to imporve the lives of these children, and one day, hopefully, wipe out childhood cancers. 

Happy Anniversary to Us!

Today we are doing a rain dance... we need the clouds to empty out so that our sessions this weekend can have some dry land and sunshine! Not that we haven't done a shoot under umbrellas before, we just prefer not to. Soon we should have some new faces here and on our blog!


It is also our first anniversary as an "official" business. One year ago today, we became an official LLC. Sounds like a good reason for a special, doesn't it???

How about families? Everyone should have a family portrait hanging on the wall of their home! For sessions booked and ordered from by the end of May, we will throw in free 11x14 with any package purchase! (A $40 savings to you!)
 

We just want to take a minute to thank everyone who has been with us for the last 3 years as we prepared to get out here and do what we are doing.  It was a big, scary jump for two retired PTs to make, but we are so happy we did and plan to be doing this for a long time.  We plan to watch your babies grow, your new marriages blossom, your families prosper, your teams succeed and your new grads become the leaders of the world!

What a sweet baby!

We were so lucky to photograph this little beauty when she was 9 months old, and today we did her 1 year pictures. She did a great job!

We love Spring!

So, we got to spend the afternoon taking engagment pictures of a gorgeous couple! Even better, we get to photograph their wedding in about 6 weeks. We cannot wait!

Another Fabulous Senior!

We had the most beautiful day! Gorgeous weather & a gorgeous senior. We had so much fun taking J's pictures. She did a great job! We have another senior session, and an engagment session tomorrow. We are so blessed to be able to do something we love so much!

Isn't she the cutest thing?! We are along for the entire first year with this one and we are loving every minute! She is a dream to photograph!

Another Beautiful Bride

My wonderful sister in law and her new husband asked us to photograph their wedding in February. It was a beautiful day, and a beautiful ceremony.
